"I was a 53-year-old woman when I started working with Jared two years ago. I started working with him because my young cousin suddenly dropped dead of a heart attack with no warning and I certainly didn't want to follow him. Jared understood immediately that I needed a somewhat different type of exercise from what I had in mind, and isn't this why you really need a professional to guide you? For about a year and half I had suffered with severe pain in one elbow (and moderate pain in several other joints).
