Jared Harrison, owner of HIT FIT, The Health Solution, Has been contracted to teach the Children of St. Paul's Physical Education, starting in October.
“With the increasing amount of obese children in America, I believe it is important to teach them the importance of being active while they are young, ages 3-5. I cannot wait to start working with the kids…” -Jared Harrison
The curriculum will be designed to promote activity and teach them about muscles and the workings of the body as they have fun. There will also be an emphasis on healthy eating.

The Field Day was a success with the children and teachers. The kids, ages 3-5, were entertained with games and competitions for almost two hours by the HIT FIT Volunteers. The teachers helped but involvement was kept low to give them a much needed break.
It was very rewarding working with the children and I hope I can help again was what Cleo Bennett had to say afterward. Anjanette Blewer was
glad to see that Jared Harrison and his volunteers brought a lot of enthusiasm to the event, it really kept the childrens attention.
HIT FIT is has strong sense of community right now and I love to give time to local groups and organizations. As expansion takes place I plan to keep the involvement we have now at high level
